This 2.5-hour interactive virtual workshop, designed for out-of-school-time (OST) program leaders and supervisors, focuses on cultivating culturally responsive supervision practices to support a balanced and inclusive intergenerational workforce. This session equips participants with strategies to foster a collaborative, respectful, and equitable work environment where all team members—regardless of age or cultural background—can thrive.

Participants will explore concepts like cultural humility, intergenerational dynamics, and inclusive leadership, while reflecting on their own supervision styles.
