Looking to turn your good ideas into great tools? Our production team will connect your ideas to research-based learning frameworks to synthesize your ideas into an easy to replicate package.
We know many practitioners who have designed amazing curriculum over their years of work, but all too often those curricula sit in various folders or computer files. As we have created our tools, we have found other organizations interested in taking their work into published format, to spread their ideas to other organizations, or even more simply- to create institutionalized tools for organizational development. We began designing our own curriculum because we couldn't find anything out there that matched the vibrancy, diversity, and culture of the communities we serve. Now let us help you.
Be the Change Consulting has developed a series of curriculum to support our initiatives and character education combined with a social justice analysis.
We have found that creating visually-appealing, simple-to-use curriculum with associated handouts on the web have helped staff working with youth cut down on prep time and re-allocate their energy to deepen their connections with each young person. By providing curriculum that is hands-on, experiential, and written from a social-justice lens, we have experienced higher levels of student engagement, a rise in the natural curiosity we know drives young people, and a shift in participants’ perspective to see themselves as leaders capable of impacting social change in the world.
